Our hotel shower wasnt working so the studio fitted me in for a hair wash blow immediately Such a friendly service and a fantastic job Even offered to lend my husband their burn cream as his skin condition flared up with the scalding shower he says thanks so much and hope you found it when we returned it Excellent service and would highly recommend

Really bad experience in El Hair Beauty Studio Disappointed that I was overcharged for a haircut that I didnt request at the time of booking When I phoned E Hair I was quoted for a full head of highlight so I thought it seemed reasonable so why nowDuring the initial consultation with a junior stylist who works days a week I was asked if I would like my hair cut as my hair was long and in need of a trim so and I though why not No price was quoted and no price list available in store but unfortunately I made the mistake of not asking the price simply because I have only ever been charged sometimes not as its a minute job to trim the ends between when its in addition to another service highlight The salon itself seemed was very quiet and I was only client there for approximately hours on what should have been a busy Thursday afternoon I was also left alone for on several occasions in the salon approximately minutes whilst the colour set and the hairdresser and the manager went upstairs for their coffee breakHad a few customer looking for them so I had to tell them that they were upstairs etc etc I requested a trim and we agreed on cutting inches from the ends but unfortunately she got carried away as some hairdresser do and took at least inches off my hair Even my year old son was shocked when he saw me later that day The colour was OKnothing special At the end I went to pay and the manager quoted me approximately for highlights Trim which only took less than minutes and also a conditioner I ended up having to pay for a haircut and colour Never ever had to pay so much before for a trim that took no more than minutes to completeI No online presence and no prices displayed Very disappointed and will not be returning again Have just seen the comments from the manager below and want to point out the following I rarely ever review services online not unless I have had a negative experience and want to advise others as it may be of benefit to another potential client Please see this as an opportunity for you to improve the service you provide to the public and ensure you client are advised in advance of the costs involved No hidden charges please nobody wants surprises when it comes to payment My suggestion would be to have the price list displayed in an area that is visible to the clients Have an online presence and accept that not everyone is going to give you glowing reviews but that its an opportunity to improve your service Have been to El hair studio before last time was probably years and unfortunately I was never very happy with the end results remember having to return and trust me I avoid this if I can as lead a busy life but sometimes you have to give them a nd chancemy case several but not again

Eileen her crew at El hair never dissapoint beautiful aveda products used throughout all treatments I would highly recommend
