Took a lot of courage for me as a female to start going to a barbers so was happy on my first few visits but was there on Thursday th January and the guy who Ive not had before cut my chain with the clippers Its white gold and fine and he said it was my fault as its flimsy and weak This was a Christmas gift Id just received and cost my son well over I will not be back as customer service was terrible and he made me feel it was my fault that he broke it He never asked me to remove it or anything Ive always wore a chain and this has never happened before
