Unfortunately having to give star I had booked in on Monday and was contacted by the stylist to cancel my appointment on the day She recommended another stylist for the following day I had to arrange my work schedule because of this Whilst I understand things happen my problem is that she recommended someone who has basically ruined my hair The stylist put a full head of foils in my hair I mentioned that my hair was particularly weak at the front My hair was already highlighted and they put more bleach on top of old bleach rather focusing on the areas that needed it Unfortunately my hair snapped at the front I woke up this morning to look at my hair in the light and it is yellow The toner not left on long enough I asked for pale blonde The cut I have uneven layer at the back that has not been blended to the rest of my hair Unfortunately iam going to have to let this layer grow out Unfortunately not a pleasant experience I wont return

Scotts been doing my hair for just over years now I always leave with my hair looking and feeling amazing Scott will always listen and talk through any vision I have for my hair and its always achieved whether that be over one or a couple of appointments Love him to bits I always look forward to seeing him xx
