Terrible service overpriced which I never mind if good but its terrible all together from a quality and service stand point Little Dread headed boy on job always in a bad mood I would not mind if rude but good but he has no idea what hes doing about jacked my car from the floor board instead of the jack point Owners son little Nate always got something to say instead of admitting the mistake done by the shop and correcting it They couldnt mount a tire they charged me for properly and wanted more money to seal the bead a second mount later Im out on more money and it still was not properly seated I had to take my vehicle to another shop for a proper tire mount

I have used tire maxx over the years without any problems until a week ago I had nails in my tire they were visto the eye so no problem finding them Well some new older guy l had never seen before suggested that he had to remove the tire to plug the holes He came back and said he was finished I go home thinking l was good my car seem to be driving funny so l did not drive for work The next morning l pull out of my driveway and the tire comes off the rim I call to have my spare put on my car and this man never repaired my tire There were no plugs installed and the nails were still there After going back to complain about the damage to my rim l was given back my money Instead of repairing my original tire they replaced it with another tire without my permission The tire was not balanced knocked my alignment off with my car vibrating so bad l had to get the tire balanced and alignment this cost me plus new tires for the front costing another If you must use them check your car get a receipt in case of damage

These guys ROCK They are moving quick to get you in and out of there Quote you up front for a patch or new used tire making sure they have it in stock first The place was packed when I went around pm and they got everybody in and out to get em back on the road by pm close up Super friendly bunch of hard working people Highly recommend it if you need a patch or a used tire
