statesville new & used tires

I came to them in need of tires I ask if he had the size I needed he tells me he does When hes putting them on I notice they look smaller so I double check and ask if it was the right size he proceeds to lie and say they are I check the size myself and sure enough they were not I ask for a refund and to just get my old tires put back on so that I can go somewhere else and he tells me they cant because they stab holes into them I had a busy day ahead of me so I try it out he sends me off with incorrect small tires as soon as I get on the highway my car starts shaking dangerously I call and he tells me to come back to get them balanced because he forgot I get back and tell him I just want my money back because this did not at all feel safe or right He instead tells me to come back the next day so he can get the right size I come back the next day and the tire is no good as you can see in the picture My tire light is now on when it wasnt even on with the tires I had before coming to this place I lost money and time Still not having good tires This has been the most stressful place to go to when needing some quick tires Dont waste your time

This was an ENTIRELY terrible experience in general as the man whom greeted my fianc and I was VERY DISRESPECTFUL Let me rewind you back a second My fianc and I were instructed to pick up one of our cars from his mother which was located DIRECTLY BESIDE this tire shop Coincidentally the car also needed two new tires We thought it would be beneficial to purchase two tires from the shop since we were within feet of the business When we arrived to the business my fianc and I were harassed with questioning by a heavy set black guy about whether or not the car belonged to us although we have the title in hand After proving ownership the man also told us that we needed to have the car towed from the location it is currently sitting in to his shop which again is within feet of the business by this time We walked away feet that is to the car and returned to the guy to ask him if we could at least borrow his lugnut wrench to remove the tires and bring them to him since it would be too much of a hassle for him to come around Feet LITERALLY to the back of the building CONNECTED TO HIS TIRE SHOP We sat and waited for the tow truck to remove our car to have it serviced elsewhere DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS TIRE PLACE AT ALL Very rude business owner very disrespectful the tall heavy set guy the smaller darkskinned fraillooking tire helper guy was pretty much silent and obedient to his disrespectful master the heavy set guy Dont understand it

I have been buying used tires for over a decade and this shop is the worst experience I have ever had They started off by putting the wrong size tires on my front wheels After fixing that the two tires they put on the back were in very bad shape Honestly worse than the ones that came off These are not lightly used tires These are trash tires with tread left and chunks missing One had a nail in it All my wheels shake on the highway because they do not use a balancing machine They also hit my wheels with a hammer a lot idk why I had some damage to the wheels and its definitely much worse now The next morning one of my tires was flat I brought it back to the shop and they tried to blame it on my wheels being old Which is untrue Two days later and both of my back tires were flat One week later my other front tire was flat I have been buying used tires for over a decade and this shop is the worst experience I have ever had I requested a refund from the shop owner and was denied My tires are worse now than when I went in and Im stuck having to buy a new set after spending hundreds at this shop and spending over h there I wish I had never come here will not be returning
