After years of debating about hair extensions I found Cali went for a consultation I was really nervous but she made me feel so relaxed comfortable I booked in for a couple of weeks later am so pleased that I did I absolutely love my hair Shes done an amazing job to increase its thickness colour Ive genuinely had so many compliments especially when they find out its extensions People cant believe how natural it looks My sister has now booked in with Cali for a colour cut I recommend her
Unfortunately didnt have a great experience Cali is a really nice person and was really friendly at the start when I was looking to get nano hair extensions for my wedding However she kept changing the prices and overcharged me for the amount of hair I was actually given The nanos were placed too high so they could be seen on the top of head and were too tight so really irritated my head The worse part was discovering she had hacked at my hair when cutting them in I did reach out to her to resolve the issues but she then became very hostile over text and extremely unprofessional
