The lady owner who served me was very polite firm and friendly It was indeed a pleasant experience to be offered a professional customer service during haircut The location of the shop is very convenient as its in the CBD and I dont have to walk far from my accommodation She charged me an affordable rate for haircut beard trimming and even offered free shampoo for washing afterwards as a form of complement Probably she did this because I was her last customer for the day and also it was my first time at the shop I strongly recommend this business to anyone out there

I strongly advise against this salon The owner who is the only hairdresser does not know how to cut hair properly I requested a simple trim from chestlength to just below my collarbone but she had no techniquejust a straight blunt cut and called it done When I asked for layers to reduce thickness and add movement she literally cut my hair into three distinct uneven layers that dont blend at all The result was so bad that my girlfriend laughed and even my husbandwho knows nothing about haircould tell it looked awful Throughout the process I felt uneasy worried she might accidentally cut my ear or scratch my face with the scissors Her lack of skill was genuinely concerning Now I have to spend more money elsewhere to fix this mess and Im devastated I dont understand the fivestar reviewsevery onestar review describes my experience exactly I regret going there and will never return If youre considering this place take my advice dont do it Youll thank me later for saving your hair

Maggie does the best blonde foils and highlights and uses modern and wonderful products She cuts my short hair perfectly I look forward to my appointments Highly recommend
