I had an appointment and even arrived a few minutes early I then waited minutes past my scheduled appointment time and just decided to walk out The whole time I was there noone even acknowledged me They looked very busy and I doubt I would have been seen for a while longer but I had somewhere to be directly after my appointment Saying hello and letting me know how long the wait would be or offering an option to reschedule would have been nice I was then marked as a no show but really it was the service that was a no show
Always happy with my haircuts here easy to book ahead of time using Fresha and I appreciate that I dont get upsold on products or made to feel bad about how long its been since my last cut or the condition of my hair
