Booked months ago for a blonde service absolutely loved the hairdresser my friend and I had our hair done by Booked months in advance for another service I didnt receive a reminder and as we all know life happens and things can be forgotten I received a message from Debra the owner I called back instantly and was met with the most rudest attitude about a cancellation fee for me and my friend which she had informed me was going to be I let her know we werent informed of a cancellation I had no intention of not paying it I just let her know She then responded how I should never book into the salon again and hung up on me Debra clearly treats everyone in her life this way for her to be so comfortable with speaking to a customer that way absolutely disgusted Hope she has a good look at herself and has lost me as a customer I wont be booking into that salon again and will let people know how rude the owner is Be transparent send a reminder or wait for a response on how to go about paying for a cancellation fee before treating people that way Debra

The amazing Jo did an absolutely incredible hour transformation on my hair Never thought id love myslelf as a blondie but relectunt to go back to my dark auburn hair Service was beautiful and relaxing Thankyou so so much Jo Deb was also lovely and inviting
