Not satisfied Just wanted to get trimmed my hair but the hair dresser was too confident and didnt listen what I was requesting Then there are at least hairs which were completely forgot to cut He cut my hair about cm length and how can he miss it I know my hair was too dry when I visited there as I couldnt do normal hair treatment for the couple of days as I was travelling Ive been growing my hair on purpose with some reasons which was important to me My hair wont grow by the time I need it He does never understand how hard to grow hair that long and look after Please listen to what the customer request even youre very confident what you do

Exceptional service Very relaxing wash and thorough blow drystyling Sorted out our hair and felt like a new person after a couple days swimming in the reef etc Went with mum who goes to a salon every week and she said if she lived in Cairns shed come here all the time no question So happy we found this salon on our holiday

I have permanently straightened my hair for years so have a good idea of what hair should look like after having this treatment Put simply my hair was NOT and did NOT STAY straight after their very expensive session I was shocked and very disappointed When I went back to the salon to show them my hair the boss was shockingly rude and aggressive he said this is normal and I need to pay for more treatments I know from past experience this is NOT TRUE They were taking NO responsibility and wanted MORE MONEY They put really nice beforeandafter photo on the shop window to attract people in but the result is nothing like that I will NEVER return to this scam hole again I urge you to look else where Very Very disappointing
