If I could leave stars I would if you want to see deplorable levels of nonexistent customer service then go to this place otherwise dont I will never set for it in this establishment as long as those workers are working there I have never experienced such disregard and disrespect for someone paying for a service that cost nearly by the way and I didnt so much Get a hello little LOAN did she even look up once to acknowledge me and the whole time she spoke to other workers in her language with total disregard of me even being there I was just a fixture at that point and the lady beside her was exactly the same If I was the owner of that establishment I would be going off my head and literally firing those two main nail technicians that were in there yesterday Absolutely disgusting that owner should be ashamed

I specifically asked for natural eyebrows and walked out with overwaxed pencilthin brows She removed way too much hair and didnt listen at all You cant just put eyebrow hair back once its gone The nails were just as bad rushed uneven and sloppy Zero attention to detail and no care about the final result This place clearly doesnt listen to clients and has no respect for what you ask for Very disappointing experience I wont be coming back and wouldnt recommend it to anyone

Would leave negative stars if I could took the step daughters in for a treat the ladies who did the eldest and mine were incredibly rough I had to remind the tech that she was working with my natural nails several times Went somewhere else to have the gel removed after it started peeling several bruised nail beds nails that are breaking normally I have strong natural nails and several hang nails from the way they were filed Not to mention the disappointment of the kids when there nail polish barely lasted a week Never ever again shocking
