Everyone should be greeted the same when they walk into your store Every time I come here Im practically ignored and then I spent minutes to an hour hearing every single person who walks in after me get a warm welcome from multiple staff members it makes me feel so small I started coming here after a bad experience at a different salon and now Ive been made to feel the same way I was not shown any colours to chose from and had acrylic powder left on my hands and arms when they started painting them the nail tech also stormed off at one point during my service today If I had of known what I wanted wasnt possible at my length I would have changed the length Ive had a terrible few weeks and just wanted to feel pretty this experience has devastated me

Ive been going here since they opened but last times have been terrible no removal of dead skin purple brush used for seconds stabbed my cuticle and made me bleed and the gel nail polish looks like a year old did it Both times done by the older lady

I honestly would never post anything like that online but this is just unbelievable that a salon lets a client walk away with nails like this This happened on Addressed the situation that Im not happy with the nails to the lady doing my nails when she had supposedly finished and then she quickly buffed my nails and put a new layer of colour on to try to fix the situation which made it even worse I was honestly shocked by the nails made the payment and left cause I was just lost of words My nails are all differently shaped sticky gel has flowed unevenly and Im not even going to say anything about the nail polish Paid for this and just got a little sorry from the lady
