Went in at pm on Friday asking for a refill they told me they didnt have enough time there was staff was doing nails and the other doing x pedis which only take minutes and she had almost finished I left and was a little confused as to why they didnt have time for me to walk back past the store minutes later to see a new person sitting in the chair getting a pedi I am furious as I left straight from work to drive there to get a week refill which and they close at pm My nails would have taken hour at the most They are very rude to customers I wouldnt recommend

Very disappointed in their service they provide Went in for a pedicure just water filled in the foot bath nothing else added unlike the ladies next to me Cut the toe nails too far back but didnt file until after being painted and looked shocking Instead of asking if the colour was right as she didnt know which one I picked she just grabbed one When I questioned when being painted she said thats the one similar it was not at all I had chosen a pinky white and what she put on was a pink Completely disregarded me mentioning it and goes hope it is okay I would have preferred to pick another colour No apology at all Wish I just went to my usual place

Easily the worst nails Ive ever had Not once in the process did they stop to ask if Im happy with shape etc I didnt even get a chance to tell what shape I wanted in the first place Extremely uneven bubbly bulkythick and somehow still sharp at the corners Not straight and a last attempt to fix whatever they were trying to fix filed off a good amount of the color that was just applied Adding even more weird edges I tried to say something during the processing but was just told to put my hand back in the lights
