I started going to TONYS AUTO this year Ive visited for oil changes state inspection and brake repair Theyve done an excellent job and highly recommend them Great communication all around very fair pricing efficient service and you can call and get an actual person to speak with This is my goto place whenever I am in the city and need a repair

I had a very disappointing experience with Dominic and this auto body shop In February of I paid for body work that was supposed to be properly repaired and refinished When I went to pick up my car I realized they hadnt even done all the work I paid for and a few months later the areas they worked on started showing rust and bubbly They initially agreed to redo the job but its now been more than two years of repeated attempts to bring my car in each time being told Dominic isnt here and that they cant take the car that day even after confirming an appointment Ive spent a lot of time and money traveling back since I no longer live nearby To make things worse it now seems theyve blocked my number Ive been extremely patient throughout this whole process but the lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable I have the original invoice and recorded conversations as proof of how this has been handled I would strongly caution anyone from trusting this shop with their vehicle
