DO NOT bring your vehicle to this place First and foremost they towed my car to this location from miles away and charged me and the driver wanted to charged tax They replace the transmission cable that was completely fine but told me it was broken and changed an extra I paid a total of for something that couldve cost When I called a week after and told them about the issue they just hung up on me Please stay away from this place I have been considering suing them

So I bought my car to this mechanic because he was recommended by someone First I must say to toll my car that was miles away from his shop cost me he said it was but because I was paying with Zelle it is now due to fees First I work in a bank BANKS DO NOT CHARGE PERSONAL NOR BUSINESS ACCOUNT TO USE ZELLE However I was already frustrated so I just did it after they told me mins they took mins to get to me The next day I called I think it was the owner VERY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE he said oh your battery needed to be changed so does your starter I was confused because I know my battery did not need to be changed and neither was my started I said are you sure he said yes called me back a few hours saying its not my starter but my fuel pump now that sounds more like it I immediately said okay yes thats the issue He was telling me the breakdown of the prices which I thought was a little Odd saying its a mechanic who will be purchasing the parts why is the parts price the general public price So I stop him and said no I will get the parts myself and I also have insurance on my battery I got the parts for a fraction of what he was charging me for the parts However I also got the battery from Autozone since I had insurance and when I mentioned that to him that I wont be paying for a new battery because I had insurance he got upset The first thing THEY CHANGED WAS MY BATTERY CAN YOU BELIEVE MY BATTERY ONLY NEEDED TO BE RECHARGED BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO TOLLED MY CAR LEFT THE LIGHTS ON INSIDE THE CAR SO THE BATTERY WAS DEAD NOT NEEDED TO BE REPLACE HE ALSO REFUSED TO CHANGED THE FUEL PUMP WITHOUT A BATTERY However he charged me for labor the the machine to check what was wrong with the car which was no help to change the battery and to change the fuel pump Not to mention my sister is from the DR and she asked them in Spanish to check her car with the same device they checked my car with and charged me and they did not charge her nothing not even they checked her car tell her what was going wrong and she was only there because she had to pick me up They are very expensive you can find more reasonable and polite mechanic

Had some issues with my car everything was fixed Going to this mechanic for over years now brought all my cars there
