Coco nail bar

My partner and I booked in for pedicures after seeing all the great reviews so we went in with pretty high expectations Unfortunately the experience didnt quite live up to them From the start everything felt rushed and a bit disorganised not exactly the relaxing pampering atmosphere we were hoping for My partners foot bath started off with cold water and we were told their boiler can only handle filling one bath at a time which wasnt the most reassuring explanation My own experience was slightly better but hers was definitely not The young guy working on her feet seemed very inexperienced and unsure of what he was supposed to be doing which didnt inspire much confidence for either of us Nothing about the process felt particularly careful or gentle and the whole appointment felt more like something to get over with quickly rather than an enjoyable treatment On the plus side we were happy with the colours we chose and the staff were friendly enough but unfortunately thats where the positives end Considering it was each the experience felt very overpriced for what we received We left with painted toes but also a fair bit of disappointment and we wouldnt recommend this salon based on our visit

I was booked in last minute arrived minutes late and was still seen in a very professional manner by Jennifer I probably made her feel nervous from non stop complaining about previous experiences in nail salons that have gone terrible but she was soo friendly sooo quick And talented and polite I love my nails and I loved my experience here Highly recommend

I have been travelling into Bristol for years to get my nails done yet I live in Portishead thought it was about time I tried Coco They were absolutely amazing so friendly and welcoming and recommended the right type of overlay for my nails biab Im fussy about the length and shape and I only needed to askexplain my style once and they got it spot on first time Ive been having my nails done for years and I have actually worked as a nail tech myself they are hands down the best nails I have ever had No more timely visits to Bristol Im so glad I was time poor on this occasion and gave them a go this will be my new salon So impressed thank you so much
