Jess has been grooming our elderly Shih Tzu cross Chi years old Yogi for almost years now Having moved from Manchester City centre he had gotten very used to the pampered lifestyle and it was incredibly important to find someone who could and would take extra time and care with him as he has been prone to anxiety in the past as well as a disliking to someone cutting the fur around his face It was easy to see Yogi felt right at home with Jess straight away Hes never once been hesitant to go and if Im honest always behaves better for her than us at times He adores his weekly grooms and even our nearly year old dachshund gets excited to drop him off and pick him up knowing hell see Jess Its so nice to know youre always going to get such a beautiful pooch at the end of each visit and Jess is always as lovely each time you walk through the door Highly recommend

Jess is fantastic has groomed both of my dogs and always done an incredible job they leave smelling and looking great and always wagging their tails She is so patient and clearly loves dogs would recommend her to anyone

We took our samoyed to simply pawfect to be groomed for our wedding she was the ring bearer and my maid of honour so it was a big deal it was also her first ever groom we had been putting it off because she a little bit nervous to be left alone without us but she was so calm when we went to pick her up she had the time of her life and she has never looked so amazing like a true princess everyone at our wedding was asking us where we had had her groomed so they could take their own dogs she was treated with so much care and patience the girls that work there are a credit to our community and deserve the world thank you again
