I personally love trying new businesses out to give my honest opinion You can tell there is extra care and consideration put into the shops enviroment and aesthetics What I noticed is every barber and hairdresser has their own booking medium I booked mine through Booksy Tts hair spot Greeted and granted with a min buffer which was awesome The aesthetics were such a vibe and staff was friendly I loved my hair If your looking for an expeirenced braderbarber and or hairdtylist defintely look up Tts hair spot or Dashop to see who you can book Randommomfromontario

If I could give this spot a star rating I would I needed some work done on my grandchildrens hair so I decided to call and I asked about their pricing and other inquiries A lady picked up and was giving me short rude and dismissive answers like she didnt care at all Not to mention I could barely hear her with the music blaring in the background I shouldve went to another location after that interaction but for some reason I decided to still give the place a try We walked in and patiently waited for our turn There werent many customers in there but the barbers were taking their sweet time They stopped to go to the convenience store to buy drinks snacks they went outside to talk to friends who visited them and they took breaks midcut to pick up personal phone calls Long story short we waited nearly hours to finally get my grandkids in the chair only for the barber to tell us do you have an appointment The lady on the phone never mentioned anything about making an appointment None of the barbers even acknowledged us to let me know it was by appointment only so I assumed it was by walkin or first come first serve like many other barber shops However I thought it was fishy because numerous people came into the shop after us and got a haircut almost immediately but I highly highly doubt that they all had appointments Im pretty sure these people were close friends with the barbers and they got top priority over the customers who were there first like myself and many others and I think that is completely ridiculous unfair and unprofessional Not once did any of the barbers stop and ask me or others if we had an appointment but they had no issue to stop cutting hair to change the music videos that were playing on YouTube I cant tell you how many times they stopped cutting just to change a song every minutes I guess listening to their music was more of a priority to them than their customers It was a complete waste of our day by a business who seems to care more about whats playing in their shop rather than the customers in it An awful experience

The best hair stylists in Brampton loved the experience and will be back for another appointment The ladies have excellent braiding techniques with quality like no other Such a friendly and welcoming environment Thank you DaShopOfficial
