If I could rate this salon zero stars I would I was on holiday and needed my nails done I was charged for infills and a manicure which I was not informed of until after the service was completed The technician knew she had cut me the first time as she had to apply a solution to stop the bleeding There was no apology and she simply continued The second time she cut me I jumped and asked her to please be careful She said sorry and continued but the service remained rough and unprofessional Every single cuticle on my left hand and two fingers on my right hand were left bleeding Today they are red sore and inflamed Had I read the other reviews beforehand I would never have gone here and I definitely wont be returning This experience was painful disappointing and completely unacceptable

Do not go here I had a manicure and SNS days ago before a wedding The lady cut all my cuticles way too short and they all were bleeding during the manicure it was then so painful with the SNS because she had destroyed all my cuticles days later they are so painful and infected My nails are absolutely destroyed Worst manicure I have ever had If I could give zero stars I would

First time there and I found the person rushed my manicure not filing into a shape left the cuticals rough Not even a hand cream massage Was charged not worth it They took on too many people and not enough staff Would not recommend and will not go there again Disappointed
