recently visited this salon and unfortunately had a very bad experience After my appointment I ended up with three ragged painful nails When I returned to ask for help the technician offered to cut away the skin around the nails When I asked whether it would be painful or even fix the issue she told me I dont know Another customer in the salon overheard and advised me not to let them cut the cuticle When I decided not to go ahead and said I wouldnt be returning the technician just shrugged I left with painful nails and no real solution Based on my experience I wont be going back and I wouldnt recommend this salon to others For for infills and French you would expect a fab job she must be very busy to not care No good customer service

To call this place and the service average is a compliment I had a pedicure and it was a token effort when it came to filing and scrubbing the most disinterested attempt I have experienced Polish is uneven and has lumps Not a professional result I could have done better myself First and last visit

I had such a fantastic experience at Jay Nails and the nail application was flawless
