Lovely salon initially had great staff the younger girl who has been here from day one and does the pedicures is very nice polite and consistent
However new girl in charge JEN is very rude abrupt cold and arrogant would rather be on her phone than assist you This has happened on many occasions and her rude mannerisms are not a one off many of customers have rolled their eyes at eachother regarding her attitude
No wonder this salon has gone quiet shame for Hannah and Ann Springwood who are lovely and go above and beyond with their service
got a pedicure and infills done today and it was amazing the girls were fast and skillfull i had my nails being shaped while i was still in the footbath definitely recommend
