Saw a review where a customer was refused service and I can honestly say the same thing walked in at half pm and was refused service although there was still half an hour left until closing time and told to come back the next day despite the fact that I work a hour week and dont have the time to get my brows done during the week Will be switching eyebrow places now anyway as my eyebrows werent done properly on a couple of occasions Very unprofessional to refuse service during opening times
I came in to get my eyebrows done at pm and was met with exceptionally rude service I politely asked if there was availability and the lady abruptly told me no without any courtesy or explanationjust a blunt refusal and a suggestion to come back in the morning When I explained that I had work and was hoping she could squeeze me in she didnt offer any alternatives or show any willingness to helpjust shook her head and dismissed me It wasnt just a lack of availability it was the complete lack of basic customer courtesy that stood out Very disappointing experience I wont be back
