I have been having my hair done here for years now I wouldnt go anywhere else No matter what I ask mary for I always get and Im always extremely happy with my hair I have been pink blonde purple blonde red blonde rainbow blonde and now brown blonde My colours have always lasted very well but that is because I LISTEN to the aftercare advice both mary and abby give Mary Abby are lovely always smiling and make everyone feel welcome I wouldnt go anywhere else now Keep up your amazing work ladies xx Photos included for proof of how fab they are

All i can say is my complaints are going to be heard will NEVER EVER use this business again Saturday my daughter wanted her hair pink Took photo with us they said yes can get this look for you Explained daughter didnt want bright pink so they said rose gold would look like the photo and not as bright So lady started foiling her hair once completed we could see the pink very faint VERY Daughter even said couldnt see pink in it We left daughter wasnt happy so i rang they said come in we will re do the darker pink so we did this and pink was re done Again wasnt as in picture But could see pink more than last time Not once was any shampoos advice given wasnt told not to wash etc Spoke to a few friends who are hair dressers and all them said that she needs full head of bleach then pink So rang back and explained and they asked us to return today for a partical refund Was told to come back in today thursday when we attended they didnt have any customers and instantly said how many times have you washed it my daughter said times instantly it was her fault cause washed it As the colour has faded already A semi colour should last more than washs The older rude lady jumped from her chair and was vile the statements she was making asking for names and address of the people i had spoken to demanding for my name address and contact number I studyed hair and beauty myself for few months but left she said ow so you arnt qualified i said when did i ever say i was qualified she was evidence of where i studyed and whos had said they did this service all wrong Explained didnt need to give any details to them She explained she needed details to pass on to her solicitor Not sure why she would even contact a solicitor i did ask if they had showed the solicitor the photos before and after of which she said no cause its on your phone Also stated that day i made a mess of her salon and she turned away people My appointment was booked on the saturday morning and she gave me a time to return of which we did and all people was waiting they all got served They gave me a refund which im happy with but how rude the older lady was i will never be returning and will be making this known The sitting cost me Have attached photos the comments Is what we asked for After first sitting After nd sitting

Visited here for the first time Very satisfied Friendly staff made me feel welcome Mary did exactly what I asked her to Abbi gave my hair a great wash and the works experience girl did her jobs efficiently on her first day Good job Josie
