Quite disappointed With the number of good reviews I really thought this would offer A service but it didnt I only got my nails done last Friday and days later my thumb nail is off and the rest of the nails are also removing from the base I do not do any heavy duty work and always wear gloves when washing dishes I have been getting my nails done in London for over years and have never had Biab in this condition after days let alone acrylics these are acrylics When I got home my sister asked me if I had gone to get press ons from Primark The nails are not filled properly oddly shaped and the colour of the base is off too I will not be going back

I wanted to try a new nail shop and this one caught my eye The lady that done my nails was lovely but the biab gel just peeled straight off after a few days I called up and complained and the manager agreed that I could get my nails redone only for them to peel again Ive never experienced this at a nail shop before down the drain will not be returning

if i could give I would Had an absoloutely awful upsetting experience at golden nails in pitsea today Went in for pedicure and acrylic set for the weekend as going out and no where was open I went in and sat down and the owner was having a very inappropriate conversation with an employee who had sworn at another employee She aired one of the employees marrital issues infront of the shop then came into the nail room and spoke poorly of that employee even calling them mental and then continued to ask an employee about their marital issues infront of me I felt incredibly uncomfortable the gel toes was okay except the electrical drill was on soo fast it was so painful it made my nails burn and had to pull my foot away a few times nails also cut too short which I requested not to happen Then we move onto the acrylics and same again with electric drill she chose wrong size extension for my nails so they thinned as they went up a bit Then cut them too short so I had to change the shape I wanted which ruined the pattern She then applied the acrylic and it was uneven and all under my nail I thought okay so shes going to file this it will be fine She done minimal filing and the acrylic was on my fingers at the sides making then look very wide So I politely asked if they could just be removed and I would go on my way I have been having my nails done years and never ever have I asked for them to be removed I felt absoloutely terrible and really didnt want to ask but they were no where near what I wanted She called the owner who then spoke to me with an awful condesending tone telling me i have wasted their time theyve never had this issue and I would not be getting any sort of refund I got upset because I had spent upfront and would need to then pay a further to have different ones if i could find the time I cried and got up and went to walk out the shop and advised I had never experience something like this before the employee had owner on speaker phone who continued to tell me i had wasted their time and this is business so i called my husband to come and get me She told the employee to give me a partial refund remove me from the shop and tell me to never return again I got more upset to which the owner said I will refund partial amount but we will not be removing them because we have wasted enough of our time on your nails and it is your fault you dont like them I calmly advised I completely understand their upset however what I asked and paid for was nothing like I had recieved She gave me a partial refund and I left the shop in tears I have spoken to couple people I know from Pitsea who advised they went for nails and were unhappy and have not returned I will say with a clear concious I was not rude or derogatory in anyway and I have never in my life experienced service like this and left with terrible unfinished nails I have posted photos and photo of what I asked for when I paid cash UPFRONT
