I have been to T Magic many times and always very happy with the results So easy to book online always punctual and excellent prices I always like to support local businesses and I am so glad to have found a great local salon like this   stars

The person who owns and runs the shop has good skills as a barber and his prices are also cheapest in the town However he seriously needs to work on his customer service skills and be more pleasant and respectful with his customers I was literally minutes late He started working on another customer whose appointment was after me but that customer was already in the shop and the barber mistook him for me When I arrived the barber made a big fuss and kept telling me that its because am late After multiple times he told me that its my fault am late I had to take out my mobile to show him the time and tell him that I was literally one minute late Also I wanted to show him a photo of a haircut in my mobile that I wanted but he was not willing to look at the photo and told me that he cant know the haircut by looking at the photo How come a barber cant know the haircut by looking at the photo It was an absolutely disgusting experience He doesnt need to make his customers feel guilty like that Am never going back
