The specialist who performed the service was polite and communicated nicely however the overall experience was disappointing I dont feel that proper waxing techniques and hygiene standards were followed There were no disposable towels or covers on the bed which is unacceptable for bikini and underarm waxing Additionally no afterwax product was applied These are not small details that can simply be forgotten especially when working with sensitive areas While the staff member was kind professionalism and proper training are just as important Unfortunately because of this I would not return

Travelled an hour and appointment started minutes late The shellac started peeling within hours and I got them done for an occasion in a few days Tried to email but email is unmonitored Not worth time and money

DISCLAIMER I did contact the business before leaving this review and they never replied or offered to make any amend When I arrived the room was not ready the full overhead lights were on there were no candles lit and there was a huge fly in the room My masseuse was a nice person but she needs more training She didnt explain what to do how much I should undress and where I should put the towel she just put the towel on the bed and was about to leave the room but I stopped her to ask for clarification She did not ask me if I had any injuries or problems areas During the massage she had her headphones on and I could hear what she was listening to I think it was a podcast She actually laughed out loud several times I think at whatever she was listening to She was clearly distracted and her hands were constantly pausing Her rhythm was fast and erratic and her technique was completely disorganised She did some things on one side that she didnt do at all on the other side She was either sick or had allergies but she was constantly clearing her throat and I think I counted her yawning audibly times Spend more money and get a real massage
