The worst experience I could imagine The equipment and work surface was dirty I asked for soft gel extensions not acrylics that cause potential damage to the natural nail Well my nails following soft gell expansions are so damaged The soft nail extension on one finger lifted from the base causing pain to my natural nails So I went to a reputable therapist to have the extensions removed My natural nails have separated from the bed and are peeling and splitting The therapist said my nails should not have been severely filed down in the nail bed

I came to this salon for a full set of nails and a pedicure I spent more than two hours there To be fair the ladies who did the pedicure were very professional and did a great job I was quite happy with that part of the service However the experience completely changed when it came to my nails One lady who seemed to have worked there for a long time provided the worst service Ive ever had She was quite rude and constantly on her phone When she started doing my nails she kept talking on the phone and even began live streaming right in front of me placing her phone on the table while chatting and laughing with her friends while working It felt very unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable because she clearly wasnt focused on my nails The result was worse than I expected the shape was uneven and the polish looked rough and lumpy I honestly dont think this nail service was worth the money I paid I could also see other customers looked uncomfortable too but they chose to stay quiet If you want to chat or live stream please do it at home not while serving paying customers I hope no one else has to experience such unprofessional service

Not a good experience The place was messydirty one lady was quite rude she had her phone live streaming and seemed more interested in that than my nails My nails were left soaking in acetone for maybe half an hour today my skin is very dry and peeling My nails are uneven and the polish is lumpy Ive been to many nail salons across the world and Im sad to say this is the worst Ive experienced Wont be going back
