I explained exactly how I wanted my nails done and the tech did them beautifully

Absolutely disgraceful service Before the service was started I asked if they could please remove my shellac without the drill I was told it yes they could But then started drilling The young girl didnt seem to understand me so men came over and said yes it is fine and they took over she spoke to them in another language and seemed very annoyed Then when it came to painting the white paint was very globby They told me once the top coat was on it would even out It did not When I mentioned it was not smooth They started blaming me for not having my nails drilled Then they accused me of being rude making the first girl cry Which is a complete lie I was nothing but polite Then all of the staff started ganging up on me in front of a full shop accusing me of wanting to not pay Those words never came out of my mouth I just wanted a good job done I left the store crying on my birthday as a visitor to this town Never in all my years have I experienced such disgraceful service Not to mention the unprofessionalism and gossip they continued to speak about me This business should be ashamed of themselves stars

Disgraceful service no smiles no interaction at all Nail polish left on my skin around the nails for a crappy job Dont go there
