PLEASE READI would rate stars if I could This establishment does NOT care about women I came in because I have dealt with irregular periods recurrent miscarriages and a bunch of other issues and concerns I needed addressed The Nurse Practitioner older AfricanAmerican woman at the moment I cannot remember her name that I dealt with didnt want to let me speak or explain my story nor the issues Ive been dealing with recently She kept attempting to talk over me brushed off all my concerns as youre still young your hormones are changing and even after explaining everything had the NERVE to ask me why I was even there When trying to tell my medical history I was explaining the circumstances of miscarriages to help her gain a full picture of the issues I was dealing with she interrupted me and said your insurance doesnt cover infertility so I cant help with that I had written down all of my concerns and told her that so I could address them and she didnt let me get through half of it The frustration I felt with her lack of care or even professionalism was so severe I started to cry Only then did she offer running a hormone blood test and an ultrasound although she HAD TO ADD it wont show anything because you are too young When I readdressed the irregular periods that Ive never experienced before until after taking hormone birth control which I stopped taking years ago because of the depression it caused and the weight gain she said in a very snarky and dismissive tone well you know how we treat irregular periods birth control When I told her I experience sharp shooting pains in my lower abdomen throughout my cycles she brushed it off as pelvic congestion which when I did research on it later I found out that its due to a poor lack of blood flow to the uterus and ovaries which has to be diagnosed by repeated testing which she just assumed thats what Im dealing with She made me feel like I dont matter and that my concerns dont matter As a nursing student and a CNA I feel disgusted I left in tears and felt so discouraged about trying to solve these issues A REAL nurse would take every concern of their patients seriously and with dignity and respect try to explain their options and any and all steps they can take to correct the problem A REAL nurse practitioner should confer with a DOCTOR to maybe look into other treatments when the usual treatment for the issue wont work out well for the patient An establishment that is called Woman to Woman should care about all women and the issues that they deal with and not their clear agenda to push their weightloss injections as if its the cure all for me And I can see from other peoples reviews that I am not alone in the MALPRACTICE at this establishment If the person responding to these bad reviews actually cares or even if the ownership of this clinic actually cares about people they would crack down on this issue that is obviously recurring and frequent and FIRE every single provider that is responsible for these things I am appalled by the other comments especially those about a young girl with her mom for her first PAP This is taught to all nursing students to be considered abuse to make an uncomfortable patient subject themselves to such an invasive procedure with out making sure her support person was there I will be submitting complaint to the state regarding the poor level of care from this establishment and I encourage all those who experience similar issues here do the same Not to mention I will be recording my entire follow up appointment so that I will have proof of the providers I wouldnt go back to this place at all and will be changing my obgyn but it is a chance to catch you all in your malpractice and lack of care that Im sure prisoners are treated better by their doctors I will be severely warning everyone I come across to NEVER GO THERE and to READ THE REVIEWS

Terrible experience for my daughters first OBGYN visit rude staff and rushed appointment I took my daughter to Women to Women for her very first OBGYN appointment something that can already feel intimidating for a young woman We talked beforehand about what she wanted to discuss and whether she wanted me to go in with her she did When she was called back the staff told me only she could go I explained to the front desk that it was her first visit she was nervous and she had asked for me to be with her for support They said theyd call me back shortly so I waited A few minutes later my daughter texted me asking where I was because no one had brought me back I went up to the front desk again and was told I could come back after the provider went in Then unbelievably one of the staff went to my daughter and told her that if her mom was going to be rude she wouldnt be allowed back which was so hurtful and unnecessary I was never rude I was simply trying to advocate for my daughter and make sure she felt supported and heard Before I could even go back my daughter came out her appointment was already over The doctor had rushed through everything and didnt even cover half of what we came to talk about My daughter left feeling upset unheard and uncomfortable As a mom it broke my heart What was supposed to be a positive supportive first experience turned into something that left her anxious and discouraged The staff was rude dismissive and lacked any compassion The entire visit felt rushed and uncaring from start to finish I truly wish I had read the Google reviews before booking there are so many others saying the exact same thing about this office Now I understand why Ive filed a grievance with our insurance because no young woman especially at her first OBGYN appointment should ever be made to feel the way my daughter did that day It was beyond disappointing and genuinely upsetting

If I could give zero stars I would This facility does not provide quality care especially for highrisk patients I waited over an hour just to have my babys heartbeat checked for barely a minuteno ultrasound or proper sonogram was ever done I was also not given my TDAP vaccine at weeks which is standard care during pregnancy I was referred to a highrisk clinic that was equally disappointing There was no video recording and all I received was a faded sonogram with a poorquality profile image When I requested to transfer my care to Loma Linda I was dismissed and made to feel at fault then told they could no longer see me as a patient I do not recommend this location If you have IEHP I strongly suggest going to Redlands Obgyn or Loma Linda doctors instead San Bernardino is not it
