If I can give this place starts I would Horrible Staff Unprofessional Behavior at Dr Kevin D OReilly DPM Ive been coming here for about a month twice a week and every visit has been a bad experience all because of the staff The only kind and professional person Ive encountered is the doctor the Indian lady who truly shows care and respect for her patients The front staff however are incredibly rude loud and fake The woman in the front Felicia who I believe is the manager talks to people with such a condescending and insincere tone that its hard to believe she works in healthcare The way they communicate here is chaotic and careless Even my very first appointment was unorganized When the visit was over no one told me I was done I sat in the patient room waiting for a long time because the staff never communicated that the appointment had ended they made it seem like they were still coming back to continue Finally Cyndi one of the therapists came to the room and politely said Is there anything else you need Your appointment is over How was I supposed to know if no one said anything That was my first red flag Another issue I was once told I couldnt bring my daughter to therapy sessions So I made arrangements not to bring her only to show up and be told my session was canceled because I said I didnt want therapy since I didnt have a sitter That was never said and I was left completely frustrated Every time I ask a question the staff gives smart dismissive answers or rolls their eyes like they hate their job This morning I arrived early for my appointment with my water and protein shake which I need because I recently had stomach surgery I hadnt even taken a sip when the woman with highlights told me loudly that no drinks were allowed I politely said okay and sat down but the way she spoke to me was unnecessary and rude When I was called in I was told to go to my usual room except Ive been in several different ones The chairs in that room look like something out of the s hard uncomfortable and completely inappropriate for someone recovering from surgery I chose to sit on a recliner that was easier on my body but instead of anyone showing understanding Felicia shouted down the hallway for the therapist to make sure I sat in the middle chair I felt humiliated Later Cyndi came in and said the manager told her to tell me to sit in the middle chair because the recliner was broken Thats interesting because when Felicia yelled across the hallway she never said that she just made it clear she didnt want me sitting there I think someone must have said something after the fact to try to justify it Moments later another staff member came in to tell me my drinks needed to be closer to me again per the manager That was the last straw I asked why everyone here is so mean and I meant it its constant nitpicking judgment and zero compassion Ive even overheard them making fun of patients after they leave When I spoke to the doctor she was kind as always I told her how bad the staff treats people and even she admitted Thats just the way they talk That says a lot This staff needs serious retraining in professionalism communication and compassion They make patients feel unwelcome embarrassed and disrespected Dr OReilly should really step in because no matter the location the tone and behavior of the people working here are unacceptable Patients deserve kindness not humiliation This place is a hot mess I still have about seven more sessions left and Ill update this review if any more shenanigans happen again

this place was great I loved the service provided and the staffs helpfulness Felisha Sara both amazing girls they really helped me out not just physically but emotionally too as I was a bit worried that id not have great care Very kind hearted helpful ladies they took great care of everything I was in need of I was greatly satisfied definitely exceeded my expectations no doubt highly recommend

I never see Dr oreillyi go in to get my nails cut but I will not be going back I been going about years and they always slow and overbooked appointments The office Manager told me they have different schedules they go by so why I get there at am for appointment and wait u til almost to be calledFelicia the Office Manager is brash and loud and rude rude After she told me they have different schedules I walked out Never coming back Never see Dr O Reilly
