First off these guys only work on arrow electric bikes They wont help you with any other kind of bike unless you just need air
These guys are technically skilled and their prices are cheap but they are often bad to their customers Make sure as soon as you arrive that they can actually fix what you need its happened a couple times that Ive waited up to an hour for them to tell me they dont have the part
If you show the slightest attitude prepare to get yelled at In broken english
Also know that if you buy a bike new only the motor and battery are under warranty If multiple other thing break immediately as they did with me youll have to pay full price to get them fixed
This is the best Ebike shop ever trust me i always recomend it to my friends to buy only ARROW bikes i know the manager for years is very nice guy i have bought bikes with him arrow arrow and arrow and other bike shops stealed the design of them ARROS MC FLY BIKE CHASETC i highly recomend to buy only ARROW bikes
