This place is a scam DO NOT GO HERE I waited over an hour when I arrived early The dentist said my xrays looked good but I never saw them I doubt they came out well because the machine was bouncing He did a quick second oral exam said I have a cavity He also said I need a deep cleaning refused to give me a regular cleaning A lady then came in to do a quick min polish which has never happened before They billed my insurance for a cleaning that they never did My insurance also denied the deep cleaning because I dont need one then this dental office wanted me to come in again for another exam wouldnt agree to do a cleaning She mentioned something about a clerical fee tried to argue with me about what a cleaning was Then said she wasnt in the room so she cant testify to what was done I bet if I went back there they would try to force me into paying for a deep cleaning probably just perform a regular cleaning at best The only reason I came here was because the dentist Ive been going to for years is booked out for months I unfortunately had to rescheduled so many times it had been months since my last cleaning and I usually go every months Im glad I called them again after this horrible experience because they ended up having a cancellation the next day and got me in My dentist showed me my xrays took his time doing the oral exam while explaining what he was doing every step of the way and told me have no cavities The hygienist did a thorough min cleaning while explaining what she was doing every step of the while and advised me on how to manage my troubled areas I am now wondering if anyone at this place has a degree or any certifications Are this all actors because I felt like I was being punked What a waste of my time They have been reported to my insurance company and I hope this place gets shut down

Wonderful staff warm friendly and knowledgeable I had felt a sense of relief ever since I had found this place since I have a lot of ongoing dental issues that require consistent attention I have been coming here for a few years now and this place helps me feel more relaxed about the dental work I need done Dr Andrei is very compassionate and kind and makes sure everything is as painfree and comfortable as possible while performing small miracles on complicated impacted areas The prices are very reasonable and the front desk staff is clear and upfront about all the costs and details I have zero anxiety going in and always feel better and well taken care of when I leave
