My name is Mary I was involved in auto accident last month when vehichle ran red light and broadsided my vehichle thankfully i was in a pickup truck I am yrs old recently moving to Jacksonville I had only been living here wks before accident The entire driver side of truck was damaged Gonzales Body was shop to first arrive to pick up truck from tow yard to their shop My husband and I were led to believe that they could actually do a professional repair job We were told that the work would be guaranteed also They did a fantastic paint job but the body work on driver front door was botched After several attempts to get it right it became obvious that they did not know how to fix it They gave us the run around for wks while promising to pay for rental and ubers intead of admitting lack of experience We are much too old for this kind of childish unprofessionalism At one point they were agreeing to refund half of our money This vehichle is a lease belonging to Ford Motor Ford reached out to Danielle Gonzales informing him to contact Ford for assistance To sum it up IF YOU DONT HAVE TIME OR MONEY TO WASTE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP luckily our daughter is an attorney in the process of recovering what we lost

They did a great job painting my Acura tlx bumper They matched the pearl paint and made sure there was no orange peal So the texture and color were on point I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know And their price was way lower than I expected Overall great experience
