I had an appointment today by phone due to covid At AM It is pm and still nothing I called at pm and they said they were busy And running behind Cool whatever But I also been charged for having to miss an appointment So what happens when u guys miss yours Nothing How is that even ok I think Ima report them
The office Manager had NO consideration for anyones time Cram as many people in as they could resulting in hour post appointment time waits This is typical of these types of clinics I wish someone in government would take a look at the way these clinics are run The Standard of Care is poor in these places and they are still able to collect a premium from the insurance companies If you go to these places with anything other than a boo boo dont expect much help
