Here goes On April th I asked how the progress went on my SUV I have a Ford edge SLE Now this man is very good at what he does But this is the issue I put my car in the shop for an issue dealing with my alternator it was under warranty but he still charged me tow alternator oil change and said that the the was for labor not the alternator which was not true he charged me for a new alternator and the labor cost to install it and here is the proof Christina I found the alternator you just have to pay me the labor Now that being said I asked for him to find another problem with the SUV while things would be visible and accessible This is the problem I told him about regarding my SUV If it is hot outside after driving the vehicle and turning it off it will not start again until the engine compartment cools and even then it may not start until hours later Its like the starter motor or solenoid is overheating Some days when its hot the car wont start at all It is not due to lack of battery the starter motor does not start He said he would check the SUV and get back to me Well I picked up the SUV and it was fine he stated that the starter was working properly So paid the cost using zelle he didnt take CC payment I picked up my SUV on the th of May Now on May th it stopped working completely Now it was in Denton TX And sent this to him the SUV is not working properly The battery is fully charged and the starter does not work This is one of the reasons why I brought it to your shop and you were aware of this issue and nothing was done to resolve it May th its ready and he still says that there is nothing wrong with the starter and now it was the neutral safety wire that was damaged and he only replaced the wire not the whole thing which is the neutral safety switch or this is what its called Standard OE Replacement Neutral Safety Switch so Im definitely disappointed that it was completely replaced That he charged me for basically nothing Just all in labor cost Not the part that needed to be replaced Im going to get an itemized copy of what he supposedly did

Lots of good reviews here wish mine was one of them they guys in the shop are conscientious but cant do anything until the boss is there Not sure why he was gone but I gave up after minutes of waiting for him Thankfully it was not a major repair needed but I didnt know that at the time stars for the nice guys in the shop minus for absent decision maker

I have taken my cars here for over years They are professional and honest people This is NOT the typical fancy clean floor place where they charge you a big fee for diagnosing and then they give you a long list of all that is wrong and a steep price solution Here they get to the point of what you need immediately and it is always reasonably priced I highly recommend this place from my personal experience
