Junction Clinic

This clinic is a complete mess We were told we couldnt be seen because of a balance that turned out to be totally false The insurance company confirmed there is NO balance meaning the clinic gave us wrong information from the start First they showed us paperwork saying it was then suddenly the doctor claimed Nothing they said added up They never answer their phoneever When we went back another patient said she had to take the bus in the rain because the clinic wont pick up the phone to schedule appointments The lights were off in the office and the receptionist had an attitude like we were bothering her just for asking them to verify the error they created Instead of doing their job and calling to check the information they sent us away to handle it ourselves Then tried to force a payment of just to be seen based on wrong information This place is unorganized unprofessional and clearly not concerned about patient care I wouldnt recommend this clinic to anyone until they learn how to answer phones verify information and treat people with basic respect

Waited in the waiting room for hours They Call me set in the room for another minutes She came in the room and literally talk to me for minutes She was not helpful at all She was just trying to get me InNOut I would not recommend anybody coming to this clinic Its time for me to go somewhere else

Horrible unprofessional and liars This is coming from a different doctors office who has been dealing with this office for a patient in obtaining records Angie supposedly after giving many excuses faxed over the records but have no time or day to tell us when it was faxed Then tells us someone named Roberts is faxing over the records and we have yet to receive them We have called numerous times to no avail If you value your time and health Stay away from this office
