Please take your business elsewhere Brought in a cyl block and head asked for an estimate and was told they would have to clean and inspect beforehand Never got an estimate Called me and said the work was done but when I arrived only the block was done and they said that someone would reach out about the head once they were done going over it I called two months later and they told me that someone should have reached out to let me know the head needs parts I brought the parts in and about a week later it was done The day I picked the head up I noticed the new camshaft I brought them had been cracked They told me to bring it back in which was a min drive across town I get there and the tech told me he didnt cause it and it was my problem Overpriced ran about more than local competitors To clear up a few facts I paid a deposit to clean and inspect with a request for an estimate that I never received On I received a voicemail saying We got your little VW ready to go for you although the head wasnt finished I did not receive a call or voicemail between then and when I called The comment about the option to pick it up is a lie and I have the voicemails call log to back it up Im glad to know that you only care about the quality of your work when you get to sell a part You repeatedly and unapologetically dropped the ball and you have more than earned your one star review
