If I could give Stars it would be above that Wow This Mechanic shop is outstanding Juan got my vehicle in last minute and didnt even have to wait long he hopped right on it My car is running beautifully everybody told me it was my transmission and my Motor but come to find out It was something Completely Different And Now my vehicle is running great and I have no problems The Pricing is Amazing Juan is an Amazing Mechanic and I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND This Mechanic

Terrible Service and Disrespectful Attitude Do Not Recommend I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Dos Amigos Auto Repair From the very beginning their attitude was arrogant condescending and rude I spoke with Juan the day before and explained that we were having issues with one of our vans He told me it was late but to bring it in the morning and he would take a look We arrived on time as agreed only to be told that we had to leave the van and wait hours The driver is not from the area which made things even more complicated I called Juan again to clarify the situation and his response was even worse with a dismissive and arrogant attitude he said that it didnt matter what time we arrived we would still have to leave it for hours And as if that wasnt bad enough out of nowhere with the worst attitude possible he says Look I dont have time to waste on the phone Unbelievable If this is how they treat customers I cant imagine how they handle vehicles Their customer service is horrible they have zero respect and their attitude is completely unacceptable I do not recommend this place at all If you value your time and money find a repair shop that actually respects its customers Avoid this place at all costs
