I want to explain my full experience and history so the situation is clear I came to this shop only for an oil change During the service the mechanic told me that the oil drain bolt would not open because it was rounded When I asked what caused the problem he told me that the previous shop overtightened the bolt I then explained that this same shop had performed my last oil change After hearing that the explanation changed immediately and I was told that this problem happens often I asked what my options were and I was told that the oil pan would need to be opened and the bolt tightened or replaced When I asked about the cost I was given an unexpected and expensive price even though I came in for a simple oil change When I explained again that I came only for an oil change and that the problem appeared during their service responsibility was denied and there was no concern shown for my situation as an owneroperator and family provider I later learned that other owneroperators have experienced the same situation at this shop which shows this is not an isolated case I want to be very clear I am not here to damage anyones business My goal is to correct what is happening and make sure this situation does not continue to happen to my fellow owneroperators Owneroperators are family providers who depend on their trucks to survive It is unacceptable to bring a truck in for a basic oil change and be asked to pay unexpected and costly repair prices for problems that appear during or immediately after the service A professional shop should take responsibility communicate honestly and care about its customers

Be very careful of this place They tell you one price and when the work gets done theyll bill you something totally different I advise you to take your truck to another shop this is not the first time this has happened This shop is very unprofessional very unprofessional the owners are decent people but the employees are scammers B very careful of a technician that goes by pastor he fixes trailersThat is the guy you should watch out for tells you one price bills you something different they will fix things that dont even need to be fixed just so that they can make more money from you

Please stay away from this placethey are thieves Whenever they fix an issue they make sure you end up with a bigger problem so you spend more money or have to come back for repairs caused by them Its completely a scam and this place should be illegal As an owneroperator I spent on one small issue that they didnt fix I went to a different mechanic who fixed the problem for just This place will drain you financially I know a small fleet owner friend who was a customer here they ruined his business and now hes just a company driver Please save yourselfdo not come here
