They help me get a car in my time of need when I needed one Very compassionate Just an update I just recently found out my car had water damage before I bought it Just some advice always check the Carfax before you buy a car No one told me that the car was water damaged but I was wondering why when I saw the car the seats look like it had dirt or sand in it So when I got the car clean the person who cleaned my car told me he found dead bugs he said it looks like your car had been underwater which probably had been in a flood I didnt tell him that I thought that the car had been water damaged he saw it for himself He also said that when he tried to clean my seats that it was a lot of sand and or dirt in my seats

This place is horrible Do not go there I got a car from them in December The transmission light came on on the way home Took them months of me calling to get it fixedand I had to beg them to do that The office workers are ghetto Water was leaking through the roof of my car and when I sent pictures and told themSara Operations Manager said that she would get it fixed I broke down on the side of the road because there was water in my tank Researched it and saw that it could happen from the water leakingJames Owner tried to blame it on me and then said he had to investigate it Meanwhile I had to get a loaner car The loaner car broke down on me the next day REALLY After sitting on the side of the road for FOUR hours waiting for their tow truck to get their and missing ANOTHER day of workSarah then told me that she was so sorry and that she was going to cancel my loan and refund me my money because of all my trouble She even gave my husband the tool to take the tags out waited for me to clean out the car and told me that she would turn in my tags I have text messages and everything from her telling me that she canceled my loan after that They have me dollars back after the check got lost in the mail and I literally had to go through the finance company and let them investigate it they actually told the finance company that I ABANDONED a car that they told me to leave there And said that they were repairing it for me and I never picked it up I finally got a call from the finance company on yesterday stating that they will cancel my loan because everything was sketchy on their part meanwhile I still get calls from them asking me if I would like to purchase a car they false advertise and they will approve you for cars that arent even ready to be sold and have you waiting for what seems like forever Please dont go there They are horrible I wish I could rate this was starssmh

Do NOT go here My sister got a car from them in May and has has issues ever since She hasnt had cold air and she took if to be fixed they still couldnt fix it until she eventually gave up then she took the car for tune up and was told the issue is her core packet and that her current parts were old broken glued together and rusty My sister called and so did my dad and days passed with no one willing to assist We should of known when they had her lie abt the amount she put down on the vehicle Dont go here even if youre desperate Not worth the headache Oh and they lie on the responses to make it seem like they try to be customer service friendly months in and has a issues since she left the lot
