STAY AWAY They broke my brake sensor and said they couldnt figure out how to fix what they did after a simple brake pad job It wasnt throwing codes before I got there but did after I left After I went back to them times to try to get them to fix the sensor they broke they sent me to the dealer and it cost me and INTEGRITY refused to cover any portion of my costs or refund anything This place does not stand by their work and has zero integrity This place would rather ruin their own reputation than stand behind their work I found out the hard way I wish I could give less stars because if they would do this to me then they likely do this all the time I gave them every chance to make this right

My go to place with any car maintenance needs I was recommended to by a Charlotte local to go here and was not disappointed Honest and fair priced Definitely recommend

At this point my loyalty to this shop is generational It was the only shop my dad would go to regularly to for their fair prices and attention to their work and detail back when I was a small child Now YEARS later as an adult with my own car its the only shop I goto for that same reason Cliff and his crew have always been top notch
