I spoke to Greg over the phone just briefly about an estimate to replace the rear glass in my convertible and he was very rude for no apparent reason I was very surprised that he reacted negatively concerning the matter He has given me the lowest estimate but l cant get past the attitude lm thinking he may need to have a psychological evaluation because he is very touchy I will not risk dealing with him in order to save a few hundred dollars my peace of mind is more valuable to me I dont normally write reviews but thought his attitude needed to be addressed If you decide to do business with him just know you are taking a risk

I was disappointed by Mr Chambers customer service He is a one man operation operating out of an old service station on North Tryon St near downtown He had previously put on a car seat cover for me for a classic car Took him about months to finally do the job which should take about two hours His work was satisfactory at that time I reluctantly carried the other car seat for him to put the seat cover on in July Big mistake He implied it would be ready in several weeks I called in August about one month later to check on the progress of about a two hour job He angrily told me not to call him again he would call me when it was ready He was very rude at the time I wrote him a letter in late September asking him for a status No reply Finally I called again in November to check on the status again It has now been about days since I left the seat with him He told me to come get my stuff it was not ready He then hung up on me I went and picked up my seat and car seat cover I know you are thinking I must had done something wrong to him for him to treat me this way I did not He has a very abrasive personality never saw him smile once I will not use him again and I suggest you use caution before you take anything to him I usually do not write reviews but I had to let everyone know of the very poor service and treatment I received Use your own judgment

Very fast service and a great overall experience Greg was very helpful and did excellent work replacing the headliner in my car Id recommend this place to anyone needing any sort of auto upholstery work done you wont be disappointed
