I had a really disappointing experience at this auto service They advertise that theyre open until PM but when I showed up at they basically told me to come back tomorrow Its really frustrating when a business wont honor its posted hours

Called ahead said there would be a minute wait Got there literally one girl by herself doing everything Asked her when my car was next and she was going by the order of the car keys she had I said you dont have my car keys yet Shes yes I know I need to open the business center to collect your payment The door to the center is shut At least people decided to take the business elsewhere that day Lack of communication was lackluster I feel bad for the guy that drove all the way from San Antonio and needed the inspection to see his parents for thanksgiving If I could give stars I would
