Ive been coming here for a long time and honestly wouldnt go anywhere else mainly because of Svitlana Shes incredibly knowledgeable and friendly She helped me find the right nail shape that completely stopped my nails from breaking which was a game changer for me She always has amazing ideas and executes them perfectly every time I trust her completely with my nails and always leave delighted with the result Highly recommend

Very disappointed with the service my partner and I received She went in with a specific design in mind and clearly explained it to the nail technician The technician immediately told her colleague that she couldnt do designsbut then insisted she could manage it and proceeded anyway leaving my partner unsure and uncomfortable My partner even said shed rather go for something simple if the design was too complex but the technician pushed ahead Unfortunately the end result looked nothing like what was requestedtoo short uneven and the design looked more like a childs drawing than a professional job after costing After seeing it myself I called the salon and was told we could come back the next day to have the nails removed and get a refund When I went in I was approached by two technicians and the receptionist who then backtracked and said they dont give refundsonly gift cardsdespite what was said on the phone One of the staff even said Im not Picasso which was frustrating considering she had initially claimed she could do the design When I asked to see their policy on refunds they avoided answering and still refused to offer anything other than a redo or gift cardneither of which we wanted after such poor service Id recommend thinking twice before booking here Youd honestly get better quality and consistency from a set of presson nails from pennys or my little brother can take bookings
