Ive been here before for shellac on toes and it was fine but my recent manicure was a terrible experience The staff cut my cuticle so badly that it bled the staff never apologized The finish looked messy and my hands actually looked worse after the appointment On top of that the staff were rude throughout Very disappointing especially for a service that should be relaxing and professional

Ive been to many salons but this one stands out from the rest The staff is extremely professional and makes you feel comfortable right away My nails turned out beautiful the shape and color were just right The salon itself is modern cozy and spotless I appreciate how they always take their time and never rush through appointments Definitely the best in town
Staff were friendly and accommodating But the nail tech who did my nails clearly rushed it at the end ripples left in one of my gel nails which shouldnt be there Uneven and not fully filled in French tips he didnt even check them over Was kind of half assed not worth the euros
