I only started going to this saloon last July and had my th visit yesterday I am very surprised about the negative comments as all the staff are extremely friendly love a chat while doing hairmakeup and offer great advice Liz the Manager is fantastic as are all the staff Ive had highlights toner cut and blowdry and makeup done and could not fault either as feel on top of the world leaving as a great professional job is always done at a reasonable cost Ive had nothing but positive experiences

A very big thank you to Liz for giving me back my confidence and femininity My hair started to fall out after losing my parents already had thin hair It had got to the stage of hair toppers and constantly trying to hide tapes and beads which was also not helping condition of my hair I was becoming more depressed and stressed picking clumps of my hair up Liz suggested the weft and hair treatments The effort time skill was second to none The weft used is the safest and healthiest option to give my own hair the chance to grow back while continuing to treat my own hair Absolutely nothing is exposed I can wear my hair down for the first time in a few years and feel confident I cried with happiness The laughter and positive vibes in the salon is an added gift to the level of professionalism from all the staff in Cork St Hair and Beauty Thank you so much Liz forever grateful

Having previously had good experience with this salon I booked with them again I booked online through Fresha on rd March for on th March I got a confirmation email and updates to my appointment including changing the time and a reminder on th March of my upcoming appointment The latest update I got was that the appointment was at I arrived at for my appointment and announced my arrival and was asked to take a seat which I did I waited for a few minutes after which the stylist who had previously done my hair came over and told me that they close at so theres not enough time to do what I had booked for I asked her why no one had let me know as I had rushed from work to make it in time but the only response I got from three different people was we dont have control over the online booking system which seems very unlikely to me but I cant prove either way I didnt get an offer for an appointment for the Saturday or any attempt at making this up to me only a sarcastic bye when I said Id go elsewhere Absolutely avoid if youre not part of their clique
