The guy Jo is extremely rude and shouts at you
He had once trimmed my hair for which was very exorbitant because my hair were only a little below shoulder not in the category of very long by any means
Next time I went
he started shouting at me when I told him this and hed quoted me for the same thing
If he doesnt want to trim the hair or charge unfair prices thats one thing but disrespecting and shouting at a customer in front of others is extremely bad customer service
Returned extremely disappointed and shocked at his behavior and treatment of a returning customer
Will not recommend at all

I never write reviews but I want to specifically mention the lady that did my nails today She is the nicest person I have met in a long time She puts so much effort into her work and stayed open almost an hour late with me I didnt get her name but she went above and beyond and the nails are genuinely amazing
Mary and Joe are both fantastic for all your hair and beauty needs They are very accommodating and do a wonderful job and at such reasonable prices They are my go to and I always walk away happy They also have air conditioning which makes the experience so much more relaxing especially in this heat
