Regina Nails

I normally go to Reginas in Douglas and always have a lovely experience there but my visit to Reginas in Cork City was really disappointing I went in for a refill of BIAB which is usually but they tried to charge me for a removal plus BIAB I had to point out the correct price on their own price list before they changed it The service itself felt extremely rushed from start to finish My nails were filed way too far back and the job was so uneven that the technician had to keep filing them down more to fix it What is usually a relaxing treatment felt stressful and careless To make it worse they skipped the hand massage that is normally included at the end I left the salon feeling frustrated instead of pampered When you work hard and look forward to treating yourself this is not the experience you expect Unfortunately I wont be returning to Reginas after this visit

On Tuesday my girlfriend went to your shop to have her nails for an after Christmas treat and your workers were highly rude to her and even gave her the wrong nail colour and wrong technique she wanted shellac but instead your employees gave her biab and cut into her skin when cutting into her cuticles which is highly unprofessional and painful On a side note the cuticle cutters are not even sanitised after each customer which is highly disgusting and unsanitary also to mention on this stop making your employees hold their tools and gel polish and drill bits in their aprons its gross fluff and lint and hair build up in those aprons thats absolutely disgusting And not only this but you also overcharged her shellac is normally and biab is you charged her for a set of biab on her natural nails which also resulted in her ending up with gel polish around her fingers and missed patches on the nails so she has blank patches on her nails one of the employees even offered to give her a refund if she got it removed shed get her money back and she said yes and then when she rang to confirm that she would get it removed the manager refused to give her the money back and offered a coupon to make up for it she was so upset and angry by this because she spent so much money and time in here she has mentioned that she knows another salon that are cheaper and not trying to scam you at all Angel Nails I highly will not ever recommend this place again my girlfriend is absolutely disgusted with this Salon If I could Id give stars And to end this review there is a hand massage and cuticle oil at the end of these nail services and she never received anything the sort of that Im highly disappointed that your workers would do that My girlfriend even comes to your shop quite a bit and never got this treatment Please start treating your customers better

I got shellac done from the Ballincollig branch and it not even hours it has started peeling off I am experiencing this for the second time Wouldnt recommend it for nails
