Heres a polished review you can use We brought our Cavapoo to Pet Beauty Spa House for a full groom and this was our third session with them Once again were absolutely over the moon with the results Every visit has been consistently fantastic the grooming is always done with such care and attention to detail Theyve been kind gentle and amazing with our Cavapoo since her very first groom and it really shows in how comfortable and happy she is with them Were incredibly happy with all the results from every session and wouldnt trust anyone else Highly recommend

Extremely DO NOT recommend Attended this salon with my little dog who is very much loved and taken care of In the middle of his groom they rang and said that his coat had caught fleas which we hadnt noticed and became very worried and realized we were probably overdue the flea treatment Sorted flea treatment right away We had agreed a price of for him but the inconvenience the flea dilemma caused the groomer said she would have to charge as she needed to decontaminate the salon Without hesitation we understood the situation and paid no problem Our dog is also a regular attender of an excellent vet due to his diabetes and we have never been told he had gotten them and our dogs at home were free from them Is this just a way of ripping extra money off us Following up from that I attempted to get an appointment in the coming month and I was told I was in the book but then when I rang to confirm the day before I was told she had forgotten to write him in the diary Again as frustrating as it was I understood it was a busy time and made another booking for my two dogs this time I rang the day before the appointment to confirm a price for the two Especially my shepherd as she had not done him before I was told between and all depending on his coat his temperament and how long it would take her to do it Massive difference in the price I arrived at the salon the day of the groom and was told it was cancelled as I asked about the price the day before so she took it as I felt it was too expensive If I thought the price didnt work for me I would have cancelled but instead wasnt notified and arrived with my two dogs to be let down I asked to speak to the salon owner who was the groomer dealing with us and was told no she was not speaking to us I then rang the number and she answered I explained how disappointed I was in the entire experience with their salon and that I would be leaving a review about this and she then threatened to reply to my review saying how I brought a flea infested dog the last time which she mustve thought it would stop us as we should be ashamed of this This very clearly breaks the rule she claims to have of animal confidentiality within her salon Dogs are animals they are going to explore and are at risk of catching fleas If this is the way you are going to work you shouldnt be working with animals

Weve been bringing our red poodle Henrik here for regular grooming and we honestly wouldnt go anywhere else The team is absolutely fantastic professional kind and clearly love what they do Henrik always comes out looking and smelling amazing with the perfect trim every time Hes a bit of a diva but they handle him so patiently and with such care Its clear they treat every dog like their own Highly recommend to anyone looking for groomers who truly go the extra mile Thanks for always taking such good care of our boy Photos are before and after
