Wish I could give no stars for this rubbish establishment My mother went to have her eyebrows threaded and tinted about a week ago and they are already faded We went back to tell them they needed to fix it because how is it gone after week We were then greeted by a rude man at the door telling us we were talking rubbish and were probably cleaning the face too often thats why her eyebrows are basically non existent We usually do our own eyebrows at home with dye from pharmacy and they last weeks So its impossible for so called professionals to do eyebrows and they dont even last a week She was charged for terrible service and rude and arrogant people They claim to be professionals in the business for years which I highly doubt because with that level of service i dont know how they are still open Anyone that is thinking of going to this place please DONT waste your money or your time because its definitely not worth it

Terrible service Not at all pleasant dealing with customers Very rough with nails and filing They didnt listen to my requests doing as they pleased My nails are paper thin due to the excessive hard rough filing They didnt use any oil after the rough treatment of my nails I will never go again or recommend them to anyone Horrible just horrible

A friend recommended Brows Threading for my first eyebrow thread experience I decided to go with thread even though I was afraid of the pain Puspa did the threading was very professional quick and patient with me as she explained what I needed to do with my face and when to hold my hair back she kept them the perfect I couldnt be happier with how everything turned out i recommend to all of friendsxxxxxxx
